but these are just what they are: talks and auditions. With the way things are done here in the broadcasting sphere, it's either not worth it, or the employers just go out of business before anything happens... also, there's a channel that has literally put me on "hold" after a casting about 2 months ago - they still haven't showed the tapes to the Big Boss.
